    A seasoned administrator with over 28 years of choice experience garnered from various positions held in leading concerns in different sectors of the economy, Chief Ikeje Asogwa Israel’s work as a top-flight manager responsible for driving organizational vision accounts for well over half of his working life in resource management & human ability in realizing set goals.

    A onetime gubernatorial aspirant under the platform of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Enugu, the Ide I of Iheaka in Igbo-Eze South Local Government area is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Administrators and member of the Enugu State Government Economic Team.

    He won the 2007/2008 Excellent Housing Development award from the Federal Housing Authority. He has also received 37 awards from well-meaning organizations and establishments all over the world including the best managing Director/Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) in South East Nigeria, which was awarded to him by the Senate, Student Union Government, University of Nigeria, Nsukka.
    The Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers also gave him the prestigious award of excellence for his contributions to the real estate sector. He has also received the International Leadership gold award for Excellence from Africa Age. Asogwa also has awards from the Rotary Club Port Harcourt, and Rotary Club Enugu, for his contributions and outstanding services to the housing industry and urban development.

    He is a fellow of chartered Institute of Personnel administrators, Ghana & Wales, England.

    Asogwa from 2007 to 2014 was the MD/CEO of Enugu State Housing Development Corporation (ESHDC). At ESHDC, he conceptualized plans and developed housing estates for all income brackets in the State. He was Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) Enugu State where he re-arranged the entire state party structure and took it to greater heights and also delivered 100% of all the aspirants under his watch in the 2015 general elections.

The departments perform different functions that constitute the day-to-day running of the Board. There are several units under different departments.
The departments are headed by Directors who are usually the highest ranking officers in the department






    Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB) commenced the registration/Validation/Confirmation of the personal data and credentials of all primary school teachers in the State today, September 21, 2020. The exercise is compulsory for every primary school teacher in Enugu State. To complete the forms and upload your credentials pls visit https://www.ensubebteachers.ng/. The deadline is October 5, 2020, and there will be no extension. Pls note that those who fail to register will cease to be in the payroll.
